Read about the Zerbys in this earlier post: May 24, 1922. Read about Leslie Jones in this post: May 6, 1919. He was one of Stanford's classmates. Below is his picture, taken from the 1921 Union yearbook, The Garnet. It makes sense that he would become a professor, given his scholarly achievements.
