Overcast in A.M. Bright & warm in P.M. Arose 7:15 A.M. Read paper, wrote etc. Father, Nellie & I to country a la Ford 11 A.M. - 5 P.M. Dug potatoes, gather[ed] beans, popcorn etc. Home. Supper. Candled eggs. Wrote letters. Aunt Gertie here over nite. To bed 11 P.M.
